This is the first step in our Search Engine Optimisation strategy for your website. We undertake an initial analysis of your website; the aim of this initial analysis is to enable us to see what keywords your site is already targeting and to check what work we need to carry out upon your site. In some instances the websites we analyse have been very well designed and the work we need to do will be important, but minimal when compared to a poorly designed site, if this is the case with your website then we will always let you know - we will not charge you for any work that does not need doing. If you have already listed your site with Search Engines, we will take a look to determine how well you are already performing. We will not just focus on Google (even though we are aware that Google provides upwards of 80% of Search Engine traffic), we focus just as hard on other Search engines, MSN, Yahoo, ask, Hotbot and many more... We are VERY thorough.

We will use this stage in the strategy to take a look at the age of your site, where it is hosted and by whom and what technology is used to run the site. These are all important factors that can positively or negatively affect the results of SEO campaigns.
